Through the use of DNA testing we have proven that there is indeed a relationship between 1767 Francis Wright of Amherst, VA and aft 1772 John Wright of Goochland, VA. However, we are still speculating that the common ancestor between these two is Francis Wright, Jr. (born probably between 1671-1676, and married Anne __________). More traditional research is needed to find other descendants of this line who would be willing to participate in this study.
